The Marchetti standard SDMT Startup Set contains the minimum set of components for Dilatometer Testing (DMT) and Seismic Dilatometer Testing (S-wave) (SDMT) down to 30 metres of soil depth: one true interval Seismic Probe connected Monolithically to a DMT blade, the latest version of the dual gauge Control Unit for automatic logging of DMT readings, two Pneumatic-Electric Cables of 34 metres, five Membranes and other components strictly necessary for test execution.
This startup set is adequate for a few experimental tests, to gain initial confidence with the DMT equipment.
The items for upgrading to a standard DMT set may be ordered later on.
This DMT Startup set is not recommeded for professional use, where the limited amount of spare parts may cause interruption of the testing campaign.
Important Note: The gas tank may not be supplied for security reasons (air freight).
Training in Rome, Italy is included (conditions apply).
